Dead End Game from Bakuryu Sentai Abaranger. Understand hardly a word, but fortunately, the show itself has subtitled versions floating around. Though the subbing groups I have found so far started at least year later than this, so the crappy Hong Kong version is all I could find.
And for anyone to whom this looks suspiciously like Power Rangers - that is because it is, in a way. Power Rangers is based on the Japanese Super Sentai, which has been running there for about 35 years. Oh, and the giant robots originally came from Spider-Man.
