First year of Highschool football!

anyone elses first year? im a freshman and this is my second year playing, once in eighth and now this year. how did your town do practices?

When I was in highschool I was involved with the football team but didn't play...bad knee.  But we had practices after school starting late august for a couple of hours each day starting at 330pm.  For conditioning the players did runs at the noon hour 2 times a week or more...especially at the start.  Season went till around November 11.  That's when provincials were.
