A Festival I Will Never Forget

Last thursday, august 18, after coming home from work I was planning on goïng to the Belgian festival Pukkelpop (http://www.pukkelpop.be/en/homepage/).
I wanted to see the Foo Fighters who were headliner that day...

The whole day the weather had been great so I was really looking forward to spending the evening at the Festival (great Music and a comfortable evening tempurature, just how I like a Festival)

I left home about 5:30 pm and arrived at the entrance of Pukkelpop around 6:10pm...
After changing the tickets at the cash Register and receiving my Pukkelpop wristband, enterring the festival grounds about 10/15 minutes later this happened:

My sympathies go out to all the family and friends of the 5 young people who lost their lives on a day that was supposed to be a fun day...

This is the first time I talk about this (only talked with Sandra before) because although I do not know the 5 people who lost their lives, I in a way feel it is "eating me alive" and I need to get it off my chest...

I had friends at Pukkelpop. Luckily none of them were involved, but it was a tense few hours for their families as they tried to get hold of them.

It was a very freakish accident, and hopefully won't happen again at Pukkelpop.

I saw this on the news here yesterday it looked pretty bad. It's a shame that people were killed
