It all depends on what you want from a console.

If you want your console to mainly be a games console, get a PS4. If you want it to be more of an all-in-one system, get an XBOX One.

If you want a good rally game, although old and hard to find Richard Burns Rally is one of the best.  Shame old Burnsie is no longer around to have made a sequel.

Quite a few. Watch Dogs, an indie title called Transistor that just exudes cool, Child of Light, several downloadable titles from PS + like PixelJunk shooter which is a lot of fun.
