Is it true that he's an Alien?? And falls out of the spaceship at the start of the episodes?? Could just be made up but its a cool theory??

That is the theory Ive read as well. Im not sure Rowan Atkinson has ever confirmed it.

Well he did fall on the footpath in the title sequence and there's a small beam of light over him who knows
