I have received some private messages from people and want to respond but I cant when can I?

You just gotta be more active in the community. Post more often (meaningful posts!)
PM should unlock pretty fast if you're active. Same reasoning for teen section and gallery. Be active long enough for mods to see you are genuine.

I have been active for several days and I am still blocked ... it is strange because I have created several posts and I have answered several questions

I vaguely remember it unlocking automatically after ten posts but I genuinely have no idea if that's true or not.
