Well the Australian mens uniforms leave little to the imagination,  maybe nude is the way to go (with optional spotrs bras for the ladies)

I read somewhere that competition swim suits actually make you faster than if you were nude.  They lessen drag in the water by streamlining your body.

This is a fact and I think the Germans practiced this and discovered it.
