Anyone out there into coffee? Whether it be job related or just sitting back and relaxing with a cup of coffee, it is an awesome hobby to have.
I love coffee. Drink it whenever I can, whether it be at Starbucks or in my home. At college I am a barista which is someone who makes/serves coffee for a living. Hope everyone out there either likes coffee or could learn too :345678

Love drinking black coffee, although I usually only have instant (but decent instant) coffee about.
Being from the UK, I'm always amused by the similarity between barista (of coffee fame) and barrister (a type of lawyer) - for this reason, we don't use the word barista so much in this country, although it is used.

in front of my house there's a shopping mall with 3 different coffee shops! Only tried one.
Every morning I drink 1 or 2 cups.
If the cup I use to drink it wasn't so silly, I would post a picture because it's funny and remember me of the books from elementary school
-
mmmm coffee!
I love it, but believe it or not you can't buy a decent coffee anywhere in my city - even in specialist coffee shops (we dont have starbucks but similar chains). When my relatives come to visit they all wonder what's wrong with the coffee.
-
My taste for coffee is so lame...even the worst ones please me.

If you've been to Portland (or better yet, Seattle) ... You know the dynamic between man and coffee here is very strong.
Yes, I do enjoy some coffee.
-
guess you didn't buy enough coffee!
-
I enjoy coffee very much, but I think people don't understand what the word means! "Coffee cocktails" are good, but just plain black coffee is the way to go! I drink about a pot per day! It's healthy for you when you add no cream and sugar!
-
i may have an addiction to coffee, i drink it constantly, and and cannot function without it haha.
typically sip on 5-6 cups a morning, and more throughout the day haha

I love a good cup of coffee. At the moment, my roommates and I use a "moka pot" to brew ours in. Nice and strong, just what you need in the morning!

My one friend said if there was an action figure of me, it'd be holding a Tim Horton's cup. Lol.

Nothing like a good cup of coffee to start my day especially if its going to be a long busy day, I like to relax in the mornings and have a nice cup of coffee to start my day.
-
I experimented yesterday to see how well I could function on a weekday without morning coffee. Long story short, I won't be doing that again any time soon.
The good news: I can still find that Margaritaville coffee online and have it shipped to me!
-
Always start any shift with a cup of coffee in briefing, then out we go. Couldn't possibly start without it, just part of the routine.

I do love coffee but from I'm far from a connoisseur. I just drink the free Starbucks coffee at work and regular Folgers at home. Gotta have it black though.

There is a fantastic little coffee shop near to the train station where I live called Kaldi Coffee. Named after a goat hearder who saw what coffee beans did to his goats that does the best coffee I know of. Bonus points are it does delicious food. The cupcakes are worth walking over hot coals for.
-
Someone brought timmies in to work today and one of them had my name on it. Five hrs later I'm still jittery. Kind of cool really - like an energizer commercial.
-
I'm a coffee addict; weird one.
I don't get into all the flavors and commercialized coffees though.
I drink a cup of black coffee with a splash or half and half as soon as I wake up and then every 4 hours until about 8pm.
-
Found on Wikipedia:
Some Catholics urged Pope Clement VII (1478 – 1534) to ban coffee, calling it "devil's beverage". After tasting the beverage, the Pope is said to have remarked that the drink was "... so delicious that it would be a sin to let only misbelievers drink it. Let's defeat Satan by blessing his beverage.
-
cappuccino with 2 sugars twice a day.
-
Coffee is good. I like it. I love espresso drinks with 3-4 shots as well, but the doctor told me to stay away. So now its a cup or two every few days.
-
I used to be a HUGE coffee drinker! 8-10 cups a day! I've now cut down to 3 a day.
I still love a decent cup of coffee though.
Have a coffee machine at home but I can't get it to make decent tasting coffee :( so i just buy decent (expensive) instant coffee, "Nescafe Gold", anyone else like it?
We don't have ANY Starbucks in South Africa, so when we went to Istanbul, Turkey recently it was such a treat to have my 1st Starbucks :)
-
I saw chocolate glazed flavor Dunkin Donuts coffee at the grocery store today. I'm in coffee heaven
-
not a big lover of coffee, gives me a terrible gut ache for days :( More of a tea drinker myself ;)
-
not a big lover of coffee, gives me a terrible gut ache for days :( More of a tea drinker myself ;)
Same but recently and for the second time in a row I tried a small cup of coffee and everything was ok (after like a 15 year hiatus)... Weird and kinda cool but I'll still stick to tea for now.
-
No way to start my day without a cup of coffee together with breakfast. At work some more will usually follow and after having diner the last thing will be an espresso.
So...coffee? YES!!
-
I LOVE COFFEE. Starbucks is just down the street :63424
-
I have a Keurig, and i love that thing to death, especially with all of the different flavors. My favorite flavor is Wild Mountain Blueberry
-
Yes, I am a coffee lover as well! It's one of my favorite things. I prefer a light to medium roast myself. I like the caffeine kick you get from the lighter roasts, and to me, the flavor is better. To me, dark roasts tend to taste burned, so you don't get as much of the flavor from the actual coffee bean. Of course, fresh ground is the way to go, if you have the luxury of a grinder. Does anybody else here hate weak coffee? It's a pet peeve of mine...
-
Kicking horse coffee. Dark roast.
-
Kicking horse coffee. Dark roast.
I love most Dark Roast coffees. The only one I cannot stand is French Roast. I am sorry to anyone who is French and reading this, but when I was in France, I could not drink the coffee. France has some of the world's best food and drink, but they can't do coffee, I'm sorry, I don't mean to start a war. I love everything else about France and would live there if I could, just can't drink your coffee.
-
:56789 kicking horse pass is not in France. It is in Alberta. It's not French coffee. It's also grown in South America like most coffee and purchased to support the local farmers.

Oops, I do not know why I quoted you. Sorry about confusion.
-
I like liberica coffee because its liberating!
I also like to try civet coffee.
civet cats only eat the best coffee beans. then they shit it out and you go hunt shit in the forest and pick them. then you clean them and roast. A lot of people here like this, however it is quite expensive.

Lately, I have taken to drinking my coffee at twice my usual strength. In the past, I would brew the grinds of about a half cup of beans to a pint of water (2x regular brew strength). Lately, I have been brewing that same amount of grinds to a half pint of water (4x regular brew strength). I have also switched from manual drip brewing to water pressure brewing (Espresso Pot).
-
my Nespresso is one of the best gifts i have ever received.
great coffee, lots of choice, reasonable prices.
-
I do love coffee hell yeah!!!!!!!!!!! morning shifts don't go well without coffee
-
I had Starbuck's Komodo Dragon roast just the other day. It was pretty good. Dark roast, but very smooth.
Nowadays I get most of my caffeine from tea. I've completely removed soda pop from my diet. I'm pretty happy about that.
-
All this talk about Starbucks reminds me of the only time I've been asked where the Starbucks is by US and UK tourists it got to the point I ranted along the lines of "They come all this way and then.." not to their faces I tell them vaguely where since I only vaguely know where they are but stick out like the dogs bollocks anyway. Enough of that time to list my greatest coffee moments.
Greatest coffee moments
Don't remember the name of it but it had Vienna in it, it was black coffee, ice cream and coffee beans it was nice I went back to the Italitan Restaurant that made it four times.
Making a joke about transport workers being bitter when I was said no to sugar in my flat white thankfully 6 other train staff went before me and had no sugar in there coffees so the joke worked
Going to a place that used real chocolate like buttons and sticks in their hot chocolates and coffees
-
I love a good coffee :coffee
-
I have been trying to cut down as part of trying to lose weight.
-
Recently, I've become fond of making the coffee old school. I have an antique manual coffee grinder, then use a French press, I got portable stove to make milk froth with a kettle milk frother.

A day doesn't go by without drinking coffee :coffee
Enjoy drinking coffee the most when taking a break from shopping with my partner or my mom. Especially speculoos or chocolate flavoured coffee (njam!).
At home whenever I feel like drinking coffee. Always in the morning, but sometimes also in the afternoon and early evening. Though in the afternoon or early evening and evening I drink more water and hot chocolate than I drink coffee.
-
I rarely drink coffee, maybe a dozen times a year. I like coffee though, I use a French press at home when I make it. I like to add hot chocolate to it sometimes :happy I really like espresso :happy
-
French Presser here. I found that the Lavazza coffee that comes in a vacuum sealed brick to be fantastic. Once I've bought a portable stove, I'm thinking of roasting my own beans to have the best coffee experience possible.
-
Chocolate Raspberry Coffee, black, freshly ground, from Coffee AM, purchased in bulk it is incredibly cheap, but wonderfully flavorful.
-
I love coffee, good coffee. I drink espressos every day instead of filter coffee. Once you get used to espresso regular filter tastes like brown water for the most part. Sometimes I make a cold brew, quite lovely and very easy.
-

I love espresso macchiato and stronger coffee in general.
But when I am with my family, we usually drink Turkish coffee...
-
Also like a latte but takeaway ones from greggs are pretty boring
-
I'm pretty simple when it comes to coffee. Used to hate it but working life changed my perception, as it does to most.
On a daily basis, just black coffee, no sugar or creamer/milk. If it tastes ok, I'll drink it. If it tastes awful, I'll skip it.

-
I love coffee, make one my own latte everyday. I have a home espresso machine :)
-
I am a big fan or organic coffee and green tea as well (only cold brewing). I use a Japanese drip tower for making cold brewing to avoid acidic coffee.

I am not a coffee lover, but a tea lover. I think it’s similar to coffee lovers. I really enjoy finding nice teas or different ones that I’ve had. Whether in the supermarket or when traveling. And the preparation as well is something I find really interesting
