For most people in the northern hemisphere, the summer vacation time has arrived. For naturists, it is the time of year when they can leave clothes at home to live naked, at the beach, with friends and rest.
While we wait for all these moments, here are my five reasons why I will spend these holidays without clothes and for which you can consider doing the same.
1. It is comfortable
You get up in the morning and do not think about dressing up. You go about your business without thinking about what you are going to wear. The answer is simple: nothing! This is the most comfortable option. If you want to be more comfortable with nudity, read this article .
2. No clothes to wash
The holidays are a moment of relaxation. The fewer things to look after, the better. As for meals, you may prefer a salad and a barbeque, no clothing is the simplest option. The icing on the cake, you will not use laundry, a green option for our planet.
3. No traces of tanning
Our body needs sunshine, not too much, but enough. The traces of tanning are unsightly, but a uniformly bronzed body is wonderful. Drop the swimsuit, drop clothes daily and let your body take this beautiful amber color.
4. It's more friendly
Naturist environments are generally more friendly. You can not really say why, but I guess clothes create a barrier between people falling with them. When you're not wearing any clothes, your smile makes all the difference. Wear a smile and a hat, and enjoy life!
5. It is pure freedom
Naturism is probably the last of liberties in our hyper-regulated world. Naked, you are yourself, a fragile human being. You feel better, closer to nature, bound to our planet, and feel this feeling of freedom, without being judged by others.
