Hey guys. If anyone was wondering why some introductions are locked and some not, it is not a reflection on the community 'resident'. What is done at random times, is that when we see that a person has an introduction and it is over two weeks old, sometimes others keep giving them welcomes and that pushes that thread to the top of the page, bumping brand new people below them.
We feel two weeks is enough time to get acquainted and welcome new people to the village of IYNO and we certainly ask you all to do that, but that is the reason some intros are locked after two weeks. Thanks!

I am not exactly familiar with the layout and style of this site (I'm new here). I do not understand why we cannot post 'about us' in our profiles? Instead, we post an introduction that most people wont be able to immediately associate with your profile unless they are actively looking through the intros. Why not add an about us section of the profile?

There is a section in the profile for text so feel free to add what you wish there? If you need assistance, one of us will surely help. Thanks!

I cannot find that section of the profile Danee.

I LOVE the Keep Calm poster! I've been using some of them on Facebook quite a bit last year as well as wearing a t-shirt I got at a hot dog shop saying "Keep Calm And Eat My Sausage", and one of my friends gave me a birthday card with a "Keep Calm" message on it as a result. ;-)

Makes sense. Good idea.

It's helpful for looking at the intro thread and finding people who really are new to welcome them.
