What have you guys been doing during corona virus to stay active? I am on a swim team, but due to closures I have been running a few miles each day and doing dry land activities (weights, pushups, situps, etc).

Not been doing much exercise, but find that even a walk is a good way to keep active

Not going to lie, pretty much doing nothing but video games lately. Cant swim since the gyms are closed and my knee is messed up from snowboarding so I cant ride my bike more than 12 miles a couple times a week.

Luckily I have a bench, some free weights, and a pull up bar at home so I have been working out everyday. I’m actually working out more than during normal life because now I actually have time to workout! It’s been one of the positive things that has come out of all this for me, along with having more time to cook!

Walking, running and we have a small gym in the house

dumbbells, walking or running every day (weather permitting). plus i've been really good w fruits and vegetables so i'm happy w how i've been doing

With basically everything I usually do being cancelled, I've been quite bored. But I've been walking a lot actually, enjoying nature and trying to get my condition up a bit. Soon it'll hopefully be possible to take walks without clothes as well.

Due to the lockdown, I can’t do much. I go outside for a little while when it’s not raining.

Sadly I can't do my swimming anymore cause the pools are shut and we're not allowed on the bench. So I've been going on a few walks round my street and doing a few muscle exercises like lunges or push ups. But I feel petty lazy to be honest!

Having a Nintendo Switch and some fitness games such as Just Dance helps :tongue:
Don't need to do the laundry that much either working out at home xD

We're allowed to go out for exercise once a day in the UK so actually I've probably done more exercise than I have before ????

Thats good. We are lucky that it is getting warmer.
Florida should have quite warm weather year around, right?

Just walk laps from the living room to the kitchen and repeat sequence. At least there's decent television programming to keep things from being mundane.

I’ve mainly just been going on walks in the morning before my Zoom lectures start. Don’t feel quite as bad with my lack of activity given that I had lost like 15 pounds going into quarantine, so I know now that since I’ve done it once, I can do it again once all this is over.

Cycling I love riding my bike. Don’t have much time to ride while I’m in school but now that I’m back home with all the time in the world I can just ride for hours. We have miles and miles of trail systems on old train routes throughout my area so I don’t have to worry about crazy drivers.
