iv hade a pm message and it wont let me reply and it keeps coming up with an error saying '' You are not allowed to access this section '' is ther any way to fix this

Irrelevant on actual number. Just be a normal and active user. You’ve only made a small number of post and they were just your introduction and asking about pm privileges.

Actually get involved in the community. Find some topics to talk in and associate with others beyond the pm system. That’s what a forum is for after all.

Asking for privileges or areas will just make it take longer to get them.
