The nation's first nudist terrace will open in London this week in a bid to encourage visitors to take off their clothes as they take in the sights.
The 60ft high terrace, in Parliament Square, offers spectacular views of some of the city's main attractions, including Big Ben, the London Eye and Westminster Abbey.
Visitors can make sure to sun themselves during the city's upcoming heatwave next week, while enjoying a refreshing drink at the open air bar.

It seems the terrace is part of an emerging nudist craze that is is sweeping the capital - opening just a few weeks after London's first naked restaurant.
The nudist terrace was opened following new research that revealed young Brits today are the 'No Strings' generation, as they avoid being 'tied down' in life compared to their parents.
On average, today's under 30s are revealed to have had 38 per cent less serious relationships, lived in 28 per cent more countries and worked for 15 per cent more organisations than those 30 years ago.

Awesome! They so need a place this in NYC in summer - crazily hot and not outdoor nude areas in the city!

Only thing a lot of comments have picked up on is that no-one is sitting or laying on towels - presumably these are just models for a photoshoot, so whether they are genuine naturists or not. I would surely expect that you would be required to have a towel with you

Hey @Danee, cheers for that - cool thing to do, think having it as a commercial venue makes it more open to anyone who can go but yeh think that is against the NY laws!

I have signed up for this - so looking forward to the next event, even though it seems to be more of a marketing ploy! In case, anyone is free around London the first weekend of Sept, planning on having a hang out at mine...

Be interested to know what it's like, might look into it if it any good - don't know how long it's there for (or indeed how long the weather is going to stay fine for)

@beachpuppy perhaps you could do a review?

I've never been outside the US, other than a two trips to Niagara Falls and Toronto, so it would be awesome to go and experience that.
