Title: Currently in Sydney

G'day. I'm currently in Sydney for the next few months and I was wondering if there is much going on in terms of events, particularly that would give me the chance to meet people around my age.

I have managed to fit in a few trips to the Cobblers and Lady Bay over the past week or so- and tomorrow is looking like a particularly nice day.

Any recommendations welcome  :azn:

Hey mate, welcome to Sydney, feel free to get in touch if you want any recommendations, if your on fb theres also a couple of groups that would be worthwhile joining to hear of events/people heading to the beach, etc.

How are you travelling? Could you make it a little north of Sydney?

Hey ! I have done Sydney twice and Cobblers Beach is nice! there is also Obelisk right next to it which I liked.  I also have been to  Little Congwong Beach that is south of Sydney, but when I went there was only me my find and one other so very quite but not much going on.  I have not tried Lady Bay (let me know how it is!)

Over all they are very good! Perfect city with many options!

I prefer cobblers, Had a few poor experiences with Lady Bay, unlikely to return. Obelisk ok but mainly caters for the male only market. Would like to try little congwong but from what I hear it has lost its official status, and if further away so would need more planning. To top it off the weather has taken a turn for the worse over here :(
