That is one of my favorites, what were the water sources? Bottles or something?

That's champagne, not water. Each of us (500 people) was holding a bottle of champagne & when he gave the word we popped the corks, shook them up with our thumbs over the tops and sprayed them into the air. It's hard to tell in a low res internet pic, but as a big mural hanging in the hotel lobby the detail is amazing.
