I have seen this video debated in a few different forums. Some say exhibitionist, some say body freedom. Your thoughts?

That's a huge gray area but I'd lean towards exhibitionism. It's supposed to draw attention to nudity instead of making it commonplace.

Clearly self grandizing exhibition, not just the nudity, but the gross nails and green hair all say LOOK AT ME.

I think totally "exhibitionism", purely for entertainment. I don't see this as body freedom at all. As others pointed out, the green hair and nails are purely for showing off.
If she was actually about body freedom and true nudist type lifestyle, she would just walk around perfectly normal and going about her daily business, just in the nude. She would not draw attention to herself, as technically there is nothing to draw attention to - a body is just a body.
She was flaunting it and trying to shock people, that's not a positive thing for nudism I don't think.

I'm inclined to say exhibitionism. Maybe if there was more explanation of why this was happening then I'd think differently.
