The stone ocean anime was just announced and I cannot be more thrilled. Anyone have any thoughts? It's always so hard to find fellow jojo's fans outside of anime conventions.

Hell yeah! I read Stone Ocean in 2019 and I can't wait to see it adapted. Have you read the manga or are you anime only?

Yeah part 7 is up there for me too story and theme wise, it’s just so hard to pick. I guess my main gripe with it was that “spin” was never really explained or elaborated on if I can remember, it would have been better if they just stuck with stands IMO.

Hamon I think was done really well. The problem with spin was it's hard to fully flesh something out when you have to introduce it and then conclude it within a single part.

I do an extensive amount of research on my own time. I just haven't gotten around to properly owning the manga and sitting down to read it all in chronological order.

This new batch of episodes was a huge improvement over the last one I think, I love Jailhouse Lock and MiuMiu

That's my favourite fight in this entire part except for maybe the final battle. I was really excited to see it animated

The new episodes are good, but I've always thought that the middle section of Stone Ocean is really weird and kinda hard to follow. Also disappointed that there's no new intro :/

Yeah, Dragons Dream is a pretty weird fight, and also I never noticed before but how did Jolyene make those handcuffs?
