Fight scenes were pretty cool. Overall good movie and sets up the theme for the next movies.

Oh I definitely agree with that, probably the best hand to hand action in the MCU. and yeah a really good one, top tier MCU for sure!

Yeah, definitely gotta agree on the fight scenes, it was reminiscent of the amazing choreography from Daredevil. I went into the film with relatively mild expectations however it did kinda blow me away.

I really enjoyed the movie. I loved some of the references to the other marvel movies. The combat was really well done too.

I do have a tiny nitpick that the movie towards the end, feels... overwhelming with the CGI fest for me for some reason, not that I didn't like it, I did, but it felt like too much during the first time I watched it. And the ending was kinda a bit rushed on first viewing. On the second, viewing it worked better.

You should watch Daredevil! Don't go into it expecting a Marvel show akin to what we're used to now but it follows true to his character is really well produced.
As for the CGI fest at the end, eh, what can you expect from Marvel if not gubbins of CGI? :P

That's true. A lot of people are expecting at least 1 flashy battle scene from any marvel movie. And if they kept it with the hand to hand combat, people could say it's not good enough.

Oh those are some big claims, much as I dislike Civil War, Cap vs Tony is hands down one of my favorite film brawls of all time.
I’ll HAVE to check out Shang-Chi just to verify your claim.

So now that I’ve seen the movie I definitely agree, as good as Cap vs Tony was it doesn’t hold a candle to the choreography in Shang-Chi.
