Hi all,
I came across this TV show today which I thought might be interesting. It's called 'Naked, Alone and Racing to Get Home'. The synopsis is that 4 people in two teams, are dropped naked with no items in a random field in Yorkshire and they must travel to a town 50km to get their clothes back, first ones winning £5000 for charity.
The format of the show feels a bit like an old dare you might have done. In the UK although nudity can be uncensored, nudity usually has a purpose, for example Naked Attraction, where they're testing to see whether you can form relationships through physical attraction alone, but this seems like this was just a mechanic for a bit of fun. But I thought it was interesting as a concept.

Looks like it might be a good watch. Although naked attraction is a horrible show in my opinion.
Too bad I don't have a VPN at the moment

Interesting idea, but I always wonder with these how much is raising awareness for normalising nudity, and how much is appealing to base voyeurism...

It's sad, but I think the people behind this kind of shows don't care about normalising nudity at all. At least in this show the prize money goes to charity.

Yeah this is true they have to get that bit of titillation in there to draw a crowd 😡

Might give it a shot if I can get my VPN working again. The teaser images give me “Naked and Afraid” vibes.

It’s odd that nudity in the UK can be uncensored but naked and afraid is always censored. I wonder if that’s due to the producers censorship for all countries or our tv broadcasters doing it.

I think censorship is always a bad thing. This suggests that something is forbidden, isn't it?

Even after you create an account, you still have to have your IP within the UK to watch it (perhaps using a VNP). Otherwise, you can wait a few months and it will get streamed somewhere else.

I found it hilarious! The nudity makes a difficult challenge much harder. No spoilers here but I enjoyed it!

I watched parts of it, but it didn't really catch my attention. The best parts are everyone else's reactions, truly hilarious. And it treats nudity as a bit thrilling, but otherwise unremarkable. It probably will help to normalize it in the UK, even help to convince some to try it.

If it does help it will only be marginally but only slight and for a brief period
