It’s kind of my favourite thing to do ever, unfortunately nude gyms are non existent here but if one opened up I’d make it my main gym and never leave.

I just wish I’d get my lazy backside up and actually do a workout nude or not

If i do light workouts yes but if im doing cardio and lots of movement no cuz firstly sweat, if ur nude and sweaty it gets all over the place. Secondly my little baby maker is bouncing all over the place which can hurt at times lol so its not ideal. working out nude isnt that great but if its a slow light workout it can work otherwise if ur a guy u should at least wear underwear and if ur a girl i assume youd wanna wear a bra (thats why sports bras exist lolz)

since corona the gym tools are so expensive and so long travel time....but if you need some tools 2k and you get really GOOD HOME GYM

Well you could check around.

Ahh that is kinda true.
Oh yeah the second but XD. Well that is true lol. I usually wear underwear for those types of exercises that have my crotch on the ground.

I've been working out nude, the last two weeks, It feels nice not to have sweaty clothes on, just skin full of sweat. It is a nice releaf.

Have taken nude workout pictures but not really done a nude workout

I used to, almost every night, but it certainly depends on what I was doing. Anything that involved bouncing... Not great. But swimming, bicycling, and weights, it is certainly my preference.
And, of course, push ups can be interesting, not that I can do very many anyway.

On the few occasions where I get the chance, I absolutely will. I love feeling how my muscles move without the distraction that comes from feeling my clothes.

I’m not a workout person but I like to do situps and pushups in the sun on the back lawn nude.

I do when I can. I dont wear a shirt wroking out ever + sometimes when I run at night I take my shorts off, or when its day i don't wear anything but the shorts on. You've got to let the sweat evaporate!!!

Since I'm a calisthenics guy, I can work out at home whenever I feel like it, and when I do I mostly do it nude.

Wow, it would be amazing a gym on my house, that would make things easier to both, exercise myself and doing it naked. I wish I can have it in the future

I'd really like to! I have some weights I'll lift tomorrow and some stretches to do in my room, so I may as well do 'em bare-butt! Sounds fun! :buttshake (side note, I love this emoji)

Question for the women out there: In what point does it become uncomfortable to do sports like jumping jacks or running naked? Like could you still do those comfortable with smaller breasts?

sometimes but not usually. It gets HOT in florida and that + asphalt is not a good idea. Plus it's a college campus so there's usallya a lot of broken glass to wath out for

I have done some nude aerobic / body weight exercises on occasion. The only downside is I end up getting sweaty and it feels weird being sweaty while on the carpet.

You could buy some excersise mats or a very large beach towel to cover your carpet.

I have done my first few nude workouts recently, and they have been great. I use a workout app on my phone, and it has been much better to workout naked.

Did a nude workout this afternoon. It went great and think it'll give me motivation to do it more often.

One of these damn days I will just work out be it nude or not.

I have gotten into the habit of doing all of my exercises that I can do at home naked. I just think it's really convenient to be able to work out at home, with the benefit of nudity of course.

I agree, I have only done one workout nude and didn't really enjoy it, felt things were bouncing around too much. But as you say maybe I should try again and see if I can get used to it.
