I don't speak Russian (or Ukrainian for that matter) but my guess is they are acting out some old Russian myth or folk tale.

It looked like there were more naked people taking photos, videoing and the crowd are mostly naked too, the clothed people are sticking out like the dog's bollocks so not really a freak show. World Nude Bike Rides the clothed out number the naked usually so yeah.
