I would love to go there someday, but my children are still too young to enjoy the river and steep walks. For now it's the beach for us.

Raven - what a great place, really looks like heaven on earth! I envy u and u can be lucky that u can go there. I wish if u could have something like that here.

It is a truly amazing place. The only negatives are that because it is river bathing the water is rather cold, but i cannot hold that against them. There are also fantastic pool facilities so it is not a major inconvenience, but the sheer drama of the river cliffs make it worth a visit.
The site is quite steep which makes getting around a bit of a chore. I only stayed 2 days but have very happy memories of it and will deffo be back.

Wish I knew about this when I was sin France. Looks beautiful by the lavender fields.
