I cant see either

You're probably on chrome and it's trying to say that the video isn't secure, despite it just being Youtube. I had the same problem when I was making this thread because I couldn't tell why the fuck the video wasn't showing up at all for me.

Hm, the url seems to autocorrect https -> http, which is where the 'insecure' thing is coming from. weird O_o

EDIT: After a series of edits, it seems to work if you post the full youtube url rather than the shortened youtu.be link.

That has nothing to do with it - the function was added when the embedder did not work with HTTPS addresses. Since it does now, I have disabled that hotfix, but that is not what causes the embedding to fail.

It's seems to be the short url's that don't work at the moment

Neither do the long ones. It's Chrome or something. Seriously.

So then, are you going to actually TELL US what the issue is, or not?

Even stranger, using YOUR link, which was literally the same link I used...made it work?

I'm on firefox, and I can't see the original link.  I like the vid though.  Really cool.

If I knew, I would. I only figured out that it was not HTTPS<->HTTP because I tried it out and it did not change a thing.
