I think it's self-parody. They try to use every German word the English speaking public knows, the lyrics are (probably on purpose) extremely stupid, it's the most sexually explicit video I ever saw from a mainstream group and totally meant to offend.

I like when people push limits so I give it a thumb up.

Is it widespread in Germany? Quebec is the number one consumer of international prostitution, though since it's mostly females doing it, it has been euphemized further to "romance tourism".

I love it, that they, again and again, provocate with their videos.

They made the video all rock bands dreamed of making since decades but never dared.

I really like Rammstein...

One of my most favourite bands. This is again an awesome song.

You should have joined us around the campfire last weekend.  A friend and I were singing Rammstein tunes at nearly the top of our lungs for much of the evening.  

*Did I mention that we semi scared other friends there?  Spiel mit mir came on and we grabbed two people who were otherwise chatting and *one of them didn't know the lyrics* started singing it to them. The one who didn't know turned to Mrs X and asked what we were singing.  She replied "Play with me" and he got this semi-disturbed grin on his face.  Good times!  *

WOW, that it does.  I just watched the youtube video first.  The link from the OP does show the group's official video, which does include hard core pornography.

Probably ain't nothing I haven't seen before.......    Although I'm gonna skip clicking the link since porn sites tend to have a lot of malicious crap on them..... (per my "safe surfing" rules....)

Not more than other sites, they just have a bad reputation because people will equate porn with no morals and no morals with malware. According to Google, 10% of website do contain malware or did contain them at some point. Lots of them without the knowledge of the webmaster either through ads or more often because the webmaster doesn't know much about security and gets his server infected through some vulnerability.

This board is much more likely to infect you than a professional porn site with a good IT staff (and you can bet a good IT staff is important to a porn site since they make no money if the server go down).

However, as long you use a modern browser (ie: not IE) and you keep it up to date, your chances of being infected (short of being tricked into downloading something and then executing it) are slim. Javascript is designed to be run in a safebox and preemptively blocking it is, I feel, overkill.

However, if you are worried about really worried about security, use Google Chrome, it's the browser that's the closest to being bulletproof.

Oh and keep flash up to date to, it's one of the biggest attack vectors and being a plugin, browser can't do anything to protect you against it.
