It’s a valid question, why another site dedicated to people running around without any clothes on?  The internet seems to be filled with sites dedicated to “nudists,” “naturists” and naked people.

Honestly, the vast majority of these sites– for lack of a better term– don’t feel right.  There’s just something “off” about them, they have that internet back alley feel– poorly designed, badly written.  These sites rely heavily on photos, they sell memberships, they link to questionable content, the list goes on.  Where is a site for the normal, average person who just so happens to live a lifestyle that’s free from clothes from time to time?

That’s where we come in.  “Living Life Bare” is being developed by a real brick and mortar web development company for a generation of people who don’t exactly fit into the nudist and naturist label.  Most importantly, we’re not developing a soft-core pornography site that’s hiding behind the nudist label– we are developing a new voice in clothing optional recreation for a new generation.  We aren’t trying to sell you high-res beach photos or videos of bouncing breasts like other “nudist” sites.

Once completed, “Living Life Bare” will  be an online, digital lifestyle publication.  A community where people of like minds can come read and discuss news that is relevant to the lives they lead.  What does this mean?  Our promise to you is we will never have a “members only” section, we won’t have a gallery or use unrealistic imagery.  We hope to be as normal of a publication as you would find at your neighborhood book store.  We also promise to represent both genders, we know and accept that there is a gender gap when it comes to conventional clothes free recreation– but we refuse to believe that this is set in stone.  We will have a bent towards a younger generation– that most coveted under 50 crowd.

We are building a publication for a younger generation because we feel that labels such as nudist, naturist have a negative connotation and we want to turn that around.  There’s a reason why the words nudist and naturist don’t appear in our name.  We are simply a publication with a bent on the bare– we are beyond a label.

When we launch you’ll find on “Living Life Bare” a professional, modern looking website.  We hope to become a pivotal member of the clothing optional community, an independent voice for all.  On our site you’ll find headlines, original content, reviews, even cooking recipes.  We believe people who choose to bare it all also have a vested interest in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  We also believe that people who choose not to wear clothes from time to time also care deeply about what they do wear when they do.  In other words, we are trying to build a “normal” site that naked people just happen to read.

I don't get the aversion to the terms "naturist" or "nudist" but I can understand not wanting to be labeled and I admire their commitment to not using it as a money making venture. They seem to have a healthy, positive outlook and I wish them luck.

I think that they are being stupid and naive.  All they are doing is adding one more possible label to a growing list of labels adopted by people who claim to be opposed to labels.  How stupid is that!

If you want to live life naked as much as possible just get on with it and stop playing the label game.  The important thing is how you act, not what you call yourself.
