Nah, I think his point's about spot on. The principle of being innocent until proven guilty is one of the most fundamentally important legal principles ever laid down, and regardless of any reputation the club may or may not have it is completely inappropriate to go off on one like the Daily Mail on crystal meth.
If the guy is actually found guilty, then those actually involved with him who could and should have done more to protect his victims need to have a bloody good think about what they were up to, and the rest of us can and will utterly condemn his actions. Until that point, throwing wild accusations around is completely inappropriate. We'll not have any of it here, thankyou. By all means, report the facts as they stand, because they're important for us to be aware of, but for the love of whatever you hold dear, stop at that point.
