I remember finding this picture about this topic:

At the first view it's not very hard to guess that people in very warm countries have a more open opinion about nudity.
But we all know that some cultures coming from the desert are very reserved and use to veil the whole body.
At the same time the Norwegians for example are very open. Its the "land of the sauna" of course but the desert people have a big sense for "bathing culture" as well...
And honestly I DON'T believe that religion is the only reason because some very religious people don't have a problem with nudity.
Only problem they have with is when nudity is disrespectful to someone or a problem of being poor.
Other thing I wonder:
The children/teens on the egyptian drawing are all naked. So you may think its a sign for childhood.
I think in old days childhood ended with puberty when the teens reached the biological state for having own children, what means the usually age of marriage.
But the older girls at the drawing are clearly in puberty already. They have some pubic hair and some breast.
What may this mean?
not married = children?
not "ready" to marry = children?
I hope you can understand me well... I don't know how to explain it better in english
sorry
